Why should you brush your teeth?

Brushing cleans your teeth removing harmful bacteria and odours from your teeth, gums, tongue and mouths. It makes your teeth healthy and look better. If we do not brush then teeth become stained, decayed and may start to become painful. A healthy mouth is strongly linked to a healthy body and mind. With clean teeth you will feel much better about yourself.
It is also important to brush with a fluoride toothpaste that will strengthen teeth and fight tooth decay as well as freshen breath. Remember that your teeth and smile are always on show. Teeth are the second thing that people look at after your eyes. So if you have dirty, unclean teeth this is not an attractive trait.
So brushing your teeth will keep you healthy, keep your teeth clean and looking good. It will avoid you pain and toothache. It will avoid you unscheduled visits to the dentist that may cost you a lot of money. Brushing your teeth should always be an important routine every morning after breakfast and every night before you go to bed so that your teeth are protected at all times day and night.
